It doesn't matter what your background looks like, you are not a mistake. The prevailing circumstances around your birth notwithstanding, you are not an error. You are not a product of chance /serendipity.
By the reason of redemption, you must have a very strong conviction that you're not an accident. If that is the case, then God would not have forgotten to plan for you. God made you for a purpose. He intentionally designed you for a specific task. It then behooves you to ask Him, Lord, why am I here? What is my purpose?
That you look like something does not mean you are that thing, discover who and what you really are.
Purpose is what gives direction to life. Without purpose, life is in motion without meaning, activity without direction, and event without reason. When you discover your purpose, you recover your potentials.
You should understand that you are not just here to make a living but to live your making. Never be satisfied with making a living, rather passionately pursue living out your making. You don't want to get to the end of your life and discover that you missed the reason for living.
Why am I here? There is no better time to ask this question than in the days of your youth. A wise man once said that one of the worse feelings you can get is to finally discover why you are alive when you really lack life. There is no worst feeling you can get than looking at a wasted life.
Therefore, we must come before God in sincerity and ask this question 'Lord, why am I here'. Lord, what's my purpose? Why am I alive at such a time as this? What's your agenda for my life? Why was I created?
Ask God today and He shall answer you.
