Courage Osamudiamen Idahor is a social entrepreneur, public speaker, personal development coach, blogger, compassionate healthcare advocate, healthcare technologist and a 5th year medical student at the University of Benin, Nigeria. He is passionate about making transcendental impact in his generation and world.
Courage leads a Leader exposition termed ‘Young Leaders Profiling’ (YLP) where he features the professional profiles of amazing young leaders on social media, with the aim of catalyzing change and inspiring people to discover themselves. Through YLP, he challenges youths who are not doing anything intentional to make a difference in their world. He pulls young persons from the pool of spectators to the pool of innovators.
To Courage, there are 4 categories of people in the world; the innovators (make things happen), spectators (watch things happen), beneficiaries (gain from the happening), critics (castigate the happening). He recently added the fifth group, the Supporters (support the happenings).
He recently launched the first edition of YLP on the 24th of December, 2017, which featured over 45 young leaders across the various nations of the earth, on WhatsApp.
According to him, this initiative will continue as a yearly program, with the aim of challenging young persons into active participation in making global impacts.

The first edition of YLP attracted over 130 viewers from across the globe. The YLP ran for 2 days, with insightful comments and connections made among YLP icons and admirers.
