DAIN Guiding Principles

                    

DAIN is a social enterprise committed to the development of its members. As a social enterprise, it is necessary that its operations be based on well defined terms. These terms shall guide members and executive in offline and online activities.
             Terms of the agreement.
Responsibility: Members are responsible to DAIN. Thus defaulting is not encouraged. Defaulters are defined as;
-One who has failed to participate in three major online meetings and programmes for three consecutive times without communicating any of the admins.
- One who hasn't contributed in any relevant way to DAIN in the past three months.
-One who posts irrelevant messages such as nude pictures, gossips or jokes with no relevance to DAIN goals or content.

Defaulters shall be sent PM's and shall be followed up by any of the admins. Once certified that a defaulter is unwilling to amend, he or she shall be deleted.

For (on site) live meetings: We recognize that members can not all make it because of different locations and time. As such members should just inform the admin that they wouldn't be able to make it. Relevant summaries(reports/records) from such meetings would always be kept for the benefit of such members.

For assignments given to members, deadline shall be maximum of two weeks.

Posts allowed in DAIN: Posts include
-Sound Spiritual and moral lessons
-Motivation
-Opportunities
-Growth and development tools
-Resource materials
- Birthday celebrations on a member's birthday.

Leadership:
-The leadership positions are stated under the management column of the document explaining DAIN
-Leadership shall be based on proper understanding as well as commitment on the part of the leader to making DAIN work.
-Thus any member of the management team can be changed if
  * He has become irresponsible regarding DAIN
  * If he can no longer meet DAIN demands or needs to hand over for personal or          unforeseen reasons.
   *If the management team decides that any of its members should be changed.
-Any member of the management team changed from leadership has full rights to remain a member and should be treated honourably. Such member is also free not to remain a member if he/she doesn't want to.
-There is place for creation of a new position if deemed fit by the convener and/or the executives.
-Alumni and Patrons are allowed but must be purely on the approval of the management.

This principles are subject to review and update by management of DAIN as it evolves. However every guiding principle must be based on the core vision and mission of DAIN which involves, impacting our society through developing young visionary persons.
